Company foundation process | Time requirement
- Preparation of corporate documentation (up to 1 day)
- Ensure issuance of a trade license certificate (within 3 working days from the date of submission of the application)
- Registration of the company in the Business Register (within 5 working days from the date of submission of the Proposal for registration of the company to the Business Register)
In order to shorten time requirements, I will prepare and send you all the documents by e-mail for signing with instructions, personal meeting will not be necessary (of course I like to meet you, but I want to save your time and your money this way).
I will take care of everything else, and then I will deliver an extract from the Business Register. If there is an increase in my reward, I will always inform you in advance.
